Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Polyhedral Design for services are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any resources needed to complete the project. Polyhedral Design is not liable for delays caused by a client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for services must be made according to the terms outlined in your agreement or invoice. Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension of services or legal action. Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Confidentiality

Polyhedral Design agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent. Similarly, clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information or methods shared during the course of the project.

Limitation of Liability

Polyhedral Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or any issues related to project delays, data loss, or errors in design.

Termination

Polyhedral Design reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its Service for any user who violates these Terms without notice or liability. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled in full.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Wisconsin, United States.

Changes to Terms

Polyhedral Design may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
